The President of MHS Consulting is Organizational and Clinical Psychologist, Morton H. Shaevitz, Ph.D. For the past 25 years, Dr. Shaevitz has built an international reputation working with corporations and their executives around productivity and effectiveness issues, especially during uncertain or changing times.  He is a published author and a sought-after keynote speaker in the fields of business and psychology, and has been an expert guest on national media shows.  Dr. Shaevitz received his doctorate at the University of California, Los Angeles, was on the faculty of the University of Michigan and the Institute for Social Research, served as an Associate of the National Training Laboratories (NTL), and was the Director of Behavioral Health at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California.

Amy Ahlfeld, M.A., an Associate with MHS Consulting, is an advanced doctoral student and has conducted leadership trainings in the United States, Canada, and India. She has provided services to clients from countries in Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.  She specializes in working with individuals and organizations on leadership, diversity initiatives, and in managing the organizational change/growth process.

Debbie D. Graves,  Administrative Executive Assistant with MHS Consulting has a background of financial consulting, bookkeeping, and office management.  In addition Ms. Graves has served as the Director of an Early Childhood non-profit organization.  Her current responsibilities include internal financial management, client relations and analytical problem solving.

Brian Turi, the newest member to our team brings with him a background of system development, web based researching and customer service.  He currently manages our internal record keeping, archiving programs and is responsible for document production.

All MHS Consulting professional staff members hold graduate degrees in Business, Organizational, Clinical, Educational, and/or Counseling Psychology or have equivalent work experience. Our Associates have diverse backgrounds, have worked with national and international start-ups, established corporations, non profits and internet based companies.
